Dear Students and Families,
Last week, we shared with you the F&M Pledge; on Monday, course registration began for returning students; on Tuesday, we gathered for a town hall; and every day, we continue to refine our fall 2020 plan. We had hoped to provide more housing information today, but we are awaiting confirmation of some critical details.
Throughout our planning, we have remained committed to the health and safety of F&M’s community and our mission, as well as to accurate, transparent, and frequent information-sharing. I am writing today in the interest of these principles to say that we recognize there are important questions yet to be answered, and our students and families intending to return to campus require certain information for their own planning (e.g., move-in dates, housing assignments, etc.). I understand the wait is frustrating. We, too, are eager to finalize these important details and share them with you.
We will provide an update as soon as it is available. Please continue to check your email and the F&M website for updates in the next few days.
