F&M SPRING ARTS 2015
An afternoon of music, games, activities and free food on Hartman Green! This year’s Spring Arts will include two stages: the Festival Main Stage and the F&M Spotlight Stage! Admission and food are free for all F&M students. The festival begins at 1pm and runs until 5:30pm. Rain location will by Mayser Gymnasium. Make sure you RSVP to the Facebook event!

RA RA RIOT

Forming at Syracuse University, Ra Ra Riot is 5 piece band with indie-pop charms. Full of violins, cellos, and synths, Ra Ra Riot is sweet on a summer day. You can find their music on iTunes and Spotify.

OCD: MOOSH & TWIST
Philly hip-hop duo Moosh & Twist: OCD will be joining us at Spring Arts! Friends since high school, Moosh & Twist bring a unique blend of hip hop and rap that will prove to be the best soundtrack for your summer. Check out their music on iTunes and Spotify!

DARLA
We’re thrilled to welcome back our favorite Philly funk boys, Darla! After appearing earlier this year at a Ben’s Bands concert, their distinct funk/jazz blend had everyone dancing. CULTURE BLUE

The F&M Spotlight Stage line-up includes:
ATOMIC HAWKS
One of F&M’s own, Atomic Hawks is a three-piece punk band inspired by the Pixies and Blink-182. Led by Tom Fogel ’18, Ani Akpan ’18, and Lauren Marconi ’17.
SWEET OPHELIA

Sweet Ophelia is one of F&M’s two all-female a cappella groups which performs at a variety of events throughout the academic year. Sweet Ophelia performs songs ranging in genres from the classics to contemporary, and all of our songs are arranged by our own members. Members of Sweet O enjoy a great combination of musical expertise and all-around fun, and make up a dynamic and outgoing group of performers.

CHESSMEN
Founded in 1988, The Chessmen is F&M’s only all-male a cappella group. 15 members strong, we love singing anywhere and everywhere.

POOR RICHARDS
The Poor Richards are Franklin & Marshall’s oldest and only co-ed a cappella group. Founded in 1968, our group is named after Ben Franklin’s The Poor Richard’s Almanack.From oldies to contemporary, from country to a medley of Beatles classics, and from Elvis to Dispatch, we sing it all. Every May we record a CD that features our best songs and all members of the group.
